Thank you for choosing us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Please cover the return/exchange shipping costs.

Ensure shoes are returned in their original box, and for security, insure the package and use a traceable shipping method. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.

Once our shipping warehouse receives and inspects the return, a refund will be issued within 24-48 business hours to the original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Canceled or refused shipped orders are subject to a return shipping deduction from the refund.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. To cancel, set up a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Defective Item Returns

If you suspect a defect, take a picture and email it to our customer service. We'll assess if it's a manufacturing, shipping, or quality control issue. If truly defective, we can send a replacement or refund based on your preference."
